If you then choose to purchase, you can continue using the program without making any changes to your setup or data. The trial downloads are full-featured product versions.

NOTE: You will need to extract the downloaded ZIP file to a folder. Please do not attempt to install without extracting first. It may not install correctly.

Detail information on upgrading your old installation of Helpdesk system with new version and update.

Upgrade Steps to Helpdesk Version 11.X (from minor version of 11)

  • Download the latest v11 setups from above to your system.

  • Extract the contents of the zip file to a file folder in your system. The downloaded zip file (AssistMyTeamHelpdeskSetups_xXX.zip) contains 2 files AssistMyTeamHelpdeskManagerSetup_xXX.exe, AssistMyTeamHelpdeskAgentSetup_xXX.exe

  • Shutdown Outlook.

  • Run ‘AssistMyTeamHelpdeskManagerSetup_xXX.exe’  to upgrade the Helpdesk Manager addin.

  • Run ‘AssistMyTeamHelpdeskAgentSetup_xXX.exe’  to upgrade the Helpdesk Agent addin.

Upgrade Steps to Team Helpdesk Version 11.X (from version 10.X, 9.X, 8.X)

  • Version 11 is altogether a new app redesigned from scratch and hence, upgrading your old helpdesk versions (10 or earlier) are not possible. If you want to use the all new version 11, it is advisable that you totally do away with the old helpdesk version foreover  (including old cases, settings, templates etc) and startover fresh with the new version.
