The Silver Subscription allows you or your organization access to up-to three (3) AssistMyTeam products, current and future products, for no additional payments and get free updates for the duration of the subscription.
With the Silver Subscription, you or your organization can deploy up-to 3 of our products to any number of users, offices and locations (depending on the license).

Enterprise Subscription – Country License

- Free upgrade to new versions of the products within the subscription period.
- Remote Assistance – Microsoft Teams or Team Viewer.
- Prioritized Premium Support – Email, Live Chat, Remote Assistance 24×7 including weekends & Holidays.
- Request Enhancements or New Features (max 3 times)
- This membership is only available with a subscription.
- No Per User Fee.
- Special setups without per user license activation are made available for download from a secured download site. Ideal for closed systems and networks.

DELIVERY
Once a subscription is purchased, within 24 hrs, you will receive an email containing:
- Welcome pack with detail information on the subscription program.
- Special download links to the enterprise setups. Electronical downloads.
- License keys to the subscribed AssistMyTeam Product(s).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting AssistMyTeam Support. Note that your cancellation request should be made a couple of days before your renewal billing date for the cancellation to be processed and to avoid Automatic Renewal charges.
- Keep in mind if you cancel, the subscription will not automatically renew.
- Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access to the products) immediately and will continue to function for the remaining days in your existing (already paid for) subscription term.
- Your membership will continue through the end of your current billing cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on June 25th, you will not lose access until the July 10th.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Very Important - No Refund Policy!
Please be aware there is no refund policy on software purchases. Our products can be evaluated for 30 days, FREE fully functional with no limitation, with further extension of 15 to 30 days available on request, so that you have enough time to make a decision of whether the product meet your requirements. If you have made a purchase, we assume you are satisfied with our product or services and henceforth, all sales are Final. No changes in the product would be done to meet your requirement. No refund request would be considered nor entertained. So, please make sure you have evaluated the product before purchasing a license.
