What does it take for the app to run on your system

AssistMyTeam Helpdesk is available right inside your Outlook unlike any other standalone application and web-based help desk software. It can be easily deployed through an installer (manually or via a group policy object with MSI) across the entire organization.

Please make sure that your system meets the following requirements before installing AssistMyTeam Helpdesk for Outlook:

Windows VersionWindows 11, 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 (both 32bit and 64bit are supported) and all server based Windows 2012 and above.

Microsoft Office Version

Outlook 365, 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010. AssistMyTeam Helpdesk operates directly inside the Microsoft Outlook application (using Microsoft’s “COM add-in” technology). Outlook Express is not supported.

Strongly advise to apply the latest service pack for your Office Apps version.

Database

All versions and editions (including Express edition) of SQL Server are supported including in-house or cloud services such as Amazon RDS and Microsoft Azure SQL

NOTE: If you don’t have any existing SQL Server resource, you can download and install the free SQL Express edition for use. For more, refer to this article – ‘Setting up a SQL Server Express for use with AssistMyTeam Collaboration Apps’

Some cloud-based SQL Server service providers we have tested with:
