bullet New, improved SupportCalls OLAP Statistics
- The SupportCalls Statistics has been overhauled and improved with highly interactive and customizable user interface, better management of report views, support for offline cube etc.
- Now, you can save your own report view to preserve the retain the same state of the pivots/statistics
- The UI now remembers your last layout and settings about formatting, printing etc.
 
bullet Unicode support in Grids (SupportCalls menu > Settings > Problems list, Callers list, Assets list etc)
 
bullet New option 'When replying to email, reply to all recipients' added in SupportCalls menu > Settings > Advanced Options. Enable this to reply to all recipients. Applicable when you reply emails with KB/FAQ, or in the mail history tab of the case form.
 
bullet New Option 'Automatically assign current technician to new empty case' added in SupportCalls menu > Settings > Advanced Options. Enable this to automatically assign the current technician to new empty case being created by the same technician.
