Statistics - The SupportCalls Statistics has been overhauled and improved with highly interactive and customizable user interface, better management of report views, support for offline cube etc. - Now, you can save your own report view to preserve the retain the same state of the pivots/statistics - The UI now remembers your last layout and settings about formatting, printing etc. |

New option 'When replying to email, reply to
all recipients' added in SupportCalls menu >
Settings > Advanced Options. Enable this to
reply to all recipients. Applicable when you
