AssistMyTeam TimeSheet for Outlook is available right inside your Outlook unlike any other standalone application and web-based project management and reporting software. It can be easily deployed through an installer across the entire organization. As managers and workers work on project deliverables as if they were working on emails in Outlook, user acceptance is high.

The following highlights the main pre-requisite for running TimeSheet add-in:

Windows VersionWindows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista (both 32bit and 64bit are supported) and all server-based Windows 2012 and above

NOTE: Windows XP is not supported.
Microsoft Outlook Version

Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2024, 2026 and 365 (both 32-bit and 64-bit are supported). The application operates directly inside the Microsoft Outlook. Outlook Express is not supported.

For Outlook 2007, Service Pack 3.

DatabaseMicrosoft Access or SQL Server (needs to be on the network. Team Helpdesk Agent tool should have access to it). Microsoft Azure SQL and any other cloud-based SQL Server database service such as Amazon RDS is also supported.

SharePoint versionSharePoint 2010 or Higher (both inhouse and cloud hosted including Office 365)
Microsoft .NET Framework

The .NET framework 4.5 or higher must be installed and activated on your system before you can install and use AssistMyTeam Software.
