How to view PDF documents with PDF Studio app?

< Back
You are here:

A basic and simple PDF viewing utility is available with AssistMyTeam PDF Studio plug-in in the context menu of your Windows Explorer. That is, right-click any PDF file and from the context menu, click ‘View Pdf‘.

This PDF Viewer utility shows the thumbnails of your PDF document on the left section along with the Attachments and Bookmarks sections in a tab control. Clicking a thumbnail page will load that particular page in full view on the right section.

You can zoom in, zoom out or print from the upper toolbar. On the bottom section, there are navigation controls to view the first, previous, next or the last page of the PDF. You can also see all the bookmarks of the PDF document in the ‘Bookmarks‘ tab. Clicking a bookmark entry will load and show you the particular page associated with it.

To view any attachment files that are embedded in the PDF document, click the ‘Attachments‘ tab. You can access and view an attachment by double-clicking it. You can also save an attachment or all attachments to your computer from the context menu you get from right clicking an attachment.

If you have opened a locked or encrypted PDF document, you can save a copy of the PDF document to your computer in its unlocked and decrypted state using the ‘Save a Copy‘ button on the toolbar.
