Deploy add-in settings to multiple users/systems

If you have multiple systems where you want to deploy the Email to PDF add-in through Group Policy Object (GPO), refer to this KB article – Deploy app to multiple users/machines using Group Policy Object (GPO)

Optionally, you can also deploy the same general output settings of the add-in installed in your system to multiple systems, using the steps below:

  1. Install add-in on one pilot system and configure the output settings such as placement of the toolbar in Outlook.
  2. And then once you are happy with the configuration, export the registry key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AssistMyTeam\DEO) for the add-in to a .reg file and then place or share that .reg file to a network folder from where you can either deploy it via Group Policy Object to the intended users/systems or by manually running it individually on each system.

And that way, you can deploy the same pre-configured output settings to multiple systems.
