Choice of placing the Email to PDF toolbar/icons in Outlook Ribbon

By default, the Email to PDF toolbar is placed in the first tab (Home) of your Outlook Explorer. If the PDF toolbar occupies most of your Outlook default/home tab, or that you feel the toolbar is causing some kind of intrusion in your workflow, you can change to place/locate the PDF add-in elsewhere. Just click the Output Settings panel, located under Email to PDF toolbar and go to ‘User Interface’ tab as shown below:

And choose the appropriate location of the PDF toolbars/buttons. For instance, if you want to house all the PDF buttons on a new tab, enable the option ‘Use a dedicated tab on Explorer Window’ (for Outlook Explorer windows) and ‘use a dedicated tab on Inspector window (for emails opened in its own window). And then restart your Outlook and the new PDF toolbar should be moved to the new location.
