Convert and save attachments to PDF files

You can set Email to PDF add-in to include attachments when converting an email to PDF file in Outlook. There are three ways attachments can be outputted to PDF:

1. As separate PDF file for each attachment.
2. Merge all attachments to a one PDF file.
3. Merge all the attachments along with the email content to one PDF file.

Whether the attachments are Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Images, Web-pages, plain text documents or Compressed Zip, Email MSG or EML files,  Email to PDF add-in would automatically extract and convert all to PDF.

You can choose and customize how attachments are converted to PDF under Email to PDF toolbar > ‘Output Settings’ panel. For instance, to include processing of attachments when exporting the email to PDF, enable the option ‘Export attachments to PDF’.

Attachment formats that are supported for conversion to PDF files:
