Email to PDF can be used to generate PDF and other supported document formats from the following Outlook item types: Emails, Appointments and Tasks.
When you export an appointment or task item to PDF, for instance, the output document will include details information on the start time, due date, location, organizer etc, apart from the title and description of the appointment or task item.
