Various ways of assigning technicians to a new ticket

Under Assign Technician section of the ticket form in Outlook, there are three various ways of assigning Technicians.

1. ‘From List ‘
By clicking this button you can choose one or more technicians that are present in the Technicians list (defined by Manager under Outlook> Team issue Tracker toolbar > Team Settings > Technicians List.)

2. From GAL
Clicking this button will allow you to choose technician which are list under your Global Address List (GAL). You can select single or Multiple Technicians from GAL to assigned the ticket.

3. Self
Clicking this button will assign the technician who is raising the ticket.
