Can user specify default values for the project/activity and any custom fields in personal level such that empty timesheet automatically gets the default data?

Yes. Please follow the steps given below

1.To set default value Go to Team TimeSheet Client > My Reporting Options > Default Values tab.


 
2.In Outlook Calendar open an empty appointment with empty project/activity /custom fields and then report it.

3.The published appointment would contain the specified default value in project/activity/custom fields.
The appointment item with the default values.


 

Previous Use one global Activity list for all Projects instead of defining a list of activities for each project.
Next We have the requirements to collect more information on the timesheet. Can we define our own custom fields?
