If you are talking about showing the ticket ID in one of the column in the SharePoint list, you will have to customize the SharePoint view. Go to the SharePoint list in web browser, and click List tab. And the click ‘Modify View’.
And then check ‘Issue ID (linked to item)’ in the display column and also re-adjust the “position from left” column. And then save the changes.
Now, you should be able to see the ticket ID of the ticket.
