How can I see the ticket ID of the processed emails in my Inbox (Outlook)?

If you are talking about showing the ticket ID in the Outlook view of your Inbox folder, you can make use of one of the predefined Outlook views available in Issue Tracker addin under Outlook > Issue Tracker toolbar > Current View drop down menu.

And the emails under your Inbox folder would be arranged/grouped to show the ticket ID as well as the ticket SharePoint Site and List.
