Yes, In order to put the email PDF at the end of the attachments in the merged PDF output file please follow the steps below

1. Go to Email to PDF toolbar > Output Settings > Attachments to PDF tab > enable the check box ‘Put the email at the end’.

2. Select the email you want to Export, and then click Export As > PDF > Merge Attachments and email to one PDF file.

3. Now, Open the saved Exported PDF file, you will find that the email is attached at the end of the exported PDF File.
