Preventing members from viewing every project and task in their Outlook

In order to prevent members from viewing every project and task in their Outlook follow the steps:

1. Enable the option ‘Allow members to choose their own projects and activities in their Outlook’ under Outlook > Team TimeSheet Manager menu > Form Options panel

2. And then each user needs to choose their own Projects/activities from Outlook > Team TimeSheet Client menu > My Projects/Activities panel.
