If you feel the ‘Email to PDF’ toolbar has has occupied most of your Outlook ribbon region, you can customize the placements as follows:
Go to Outlook > Email to PDF toolbar > Output Settings > UI tab. And under ‘Placement of toolbars in Outlook’ section, choose the appropriate location for the PDF add-in toolbars/ribbons.
