Team Knowledge Base for Outlook & SharePoint is available right inside your Outlook and can be easily deployed through an installer across the entire organization.
Pre-requisites for running Team Knowledge Base Add-ins.

| Microsoft Outlook Version | Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2024, 2026 (both 32 bit and 64 bits are supported). Earlier versions such as Outlook 2003, 2007 should work, but they are not actively supported. The application operates directly inside the Microsoft Outlook. Outlook Express is not supported. |
| SharePoint version | SharePoint 2010 or Higher (both inhouse and cloud hosted including Office 365) |
| Microsoft .NET Framework | The .NET framework 4.5 or higher must be installed and activated on your system before you can install and use AssistMyTeam Software. |
