When I run OLAP Statistics in Team Helpdesk, it throws an error “Couldn’t find file ‘\\Server\…\HelpdeskOLAP.mdb’. How can I fix it?
This kind of error usually happens if your workstation is configured such that the ‘My Documents’ folder is mapped or set to a network path. By default, when you run the OLAP Statistics tool in Team Helpdesk, it extracts the metadata into a MDB file. However, if the ‘My Documents’ is not located on the local disk, it may throw an error. This can be fixed by specifying a local folder explicitly such that you can override the default location where the MDB file would be saved. And Team Helpdesk would then remember the new location and subsequent operation of the OLAP tool should run without any problem. You can specify your own local folder for the MDB file under Team Helpdesk Agent> Settings> Personal Settings > Other Options tab and enabling the option ‘Overwrite path to the OLAP cube’, and click the ‘Browse…’ button to choose the folder.
