Team Helpdesk Agent menu not showing in Office 2010/2013 backstage view

In the latest version update (8.3.4.118), we have removed ‘Team Helpdesk Agent’ menu tab from the backstage view of Outlook 2010/2013 > File as it was found to be disappearing randomly when you open an existing case or generate new one. So starting with version 8.3, we have removed this ‘Team Helpdesk Agent’ tab from Outlook 2010/2013 > File menu .Instead, we have put in under the ‘Team Helpdesk’ toolbar/ribbon in your Inbox or Ongoing/Resolved Cases folders for quick access.

However, the ‘Team Helpdesk Manager’ menu remains in the backstage view of Outlook 2010/2013.
