I have the Team Helpdesk Agent on my Outlook. However, when I open a new or existing case item, the form does not show up.

There are two possibilities:

  1. a) The form might not set to display. Check under Team Helpdesk Agent > Personal Settings > User Interface The drop down might show ‘None‘.    Choose another layout from the drop down e.g. ‘Left Pane’.

  2. b) The form might be minimized. Check for the dotted(….) line in the extreme left corner of the case window. Click it to show the case form.
