I have the Team Helpdesk Agent on my Outlook. However, when I open a new or existing case item, the form does not show up.
There are two possibilities:
- a) The form might not set to display. Check under Team Helpdesk Agent > Personal Settings > User Interface The drop down might show ‘None‘. Choose another layout from the drop down e.g. ‘Left Pane’.
- b) The form might be minimized. Check for the dotted(….) line in the extreme left corner of the case window. Click it to show the case form.
