You can change the logo of the case form in Outlook with that of our company.

From Team Helpdesk manager > Case Options > Forms tab, you can specify an image file (JPG, GIF, PNG) located on a network shared folder. Or, alternatively, you can use an image file located on the web (e.g. http://company.com/logo.gif)

The specified logo is visible in the case form.
