You can automate the embedding of the PDF version of the emails and attachments back to the email.
1. Under Email to PDF toolbar/ribbon > ‘Automations’ menu, click ‘Automatic embedding of PDF version of attachments’.
2. Specify a mailbox/Folder for automatic embedding of PDF version of the attachments and Click the ‘Select Folder’ button. For this example, folder option is chosen.
3. Select the particular folder you want to perform the automatic embedding of PDF version of the attachments back to the incoming email.
Click ‘Confirm’ to add the selected folder/mailbox to the monitored list.
After confirmation you will find the mailbox under Monitored folders and Mailboxes list.
4. Click the ‘Save’. You will be prompted with the following confirmation dialog option:
If you have existing Outlook emails in the specified Outlook folder, you can choose to start processing the embedding of PDF version of the attachments back to the email itself, or you can simply ignore it. So, from now onwards, Email to PDF will monitor this particular Outlook folder for any incoming emails, and the PDF version of the attachments (if any) will be embedded back to the email automatically.
